Unlike the typical gym, we focus on personal training, nutrition, flexibility, and provide the accountability that our clients need in order to reach their goals. Our sessions are 30 minutes each and we have a open and flexible schedule allowing you to book your sessions whenever works best for you and your calendar. Every workout is created with your goals, injuries, and ability level in mind. We are especially mindful of form so that we can ensure we don't aggravate old injuries and work to prevent future ones--even working with your doctors if needed to ensure your safety. Accountability is what makes us different from everyone else in the area. Though we don't offer cardio machines here in the studio, we stay in open and constant contact with you and offer suggestions to help you with that area of your fitness. We also counsel on nutrition, offer stretches and workouts you can do at home, and are available to 24/7 in case you have any questions about your program.
